The company

Our client is one of the Fortune 500 international 3PL player who provides air, ocean, local transportation and logistics solutions, supported by strong network and offices in Asia, Europe, North & South America region.


  • Identify opportunities and grow business from existing accounts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
  • Understand customers' business, strategy and needs, ensure customer satisfaction and follow up.
  • Involve sales and operations departments on major business opportunities, proposals and issues
  • Introduce continual improvement initiatives to create more efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Assume lead responsibility for the efficient delivery of all local (branch) services.
  • Establish invoicing - payment process with client and assist in collection when needed.
  • Communicate service issues to Department Managers/Supervisors.
  • Gather market intelligence and trends



  • University graduate in any related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of freight forwarding industry experience
  • Ability to create/write customer requirements clearly for use by internal.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
